M&A Sell-Side Project / Buyer Research

We are a boutique mergers and acquisitions consultancy located in the United Kingdom. We are working on a sell-side mandate of a main building contractor business, and looking for someone to carry out buyer research for this, and potentially future projects. Please see key points below.

- Full research brief provided including sectors, geography and minimum revenue.
- Expecting between 500-750 companies identified and arranged into three given tiers.
- Access to UK and international company and / or deal databases is a bonus, however, can provide raw data.
- Once shortlisted, reviewed by our team and approved, contact research for each target to identify two key stakeholders with email address (directors / managing directors etc).

We are estimating the project to take 60-80 hours to complete, with a deadline of end of May. Once a freelancer is selected, we will arrange a video call to cover off the research brief, our process, timelines and review dates.
