Looking for a partner to run an Events related business

I'm looking for someone with experience or interest in events to run an web portal (eventstotally.com) dedicated to events. It provides an easy access to a wide range of event service providers like venues, hire services, technical services, decorations, catering, PR etc. It also lets events community to promote specific events, create deals and special offers, sell on a marketplace, publish articles etc.

I think I'd like to start 'small' and see how this may develop into a business partnership (i.e. me giving away a share of business) with a worthy candidate.
