I am looking for a list of active schools/clubs/classes in the martial art:
Wing Chun Kung Fu or Ving Tsun Kung Fu

Initially I\'m looking for a list for the UK with the following information:

1. Name of Club or School
2. Address - (at least Town/City)
3. Contact telephone number/email address
4. Website url - if available
5. Head instructors name
6. Lineage (Instructors lineage e.g. Samuel Kwok)
7. Class details - timetable
8. Cost of class if available

I\'d like this information in an excel spreadsheet.
