Lead generation

Hello, I am seeking approximately 500 qualified leads for sales, with the following criteria, in a spreadsheet:

500 nonprofit organizations that are mostly business-to-business, as opposed to organizations that give grants to the public. Avoid organizations based in the following states: Florida, California, Maine. These organizations should have at least a $3 million in annual revenue. An example might be a nonprofit offering consulting services within a specific industry.

For each organization need in an excel spreadsheet or google spreadsheet: website, marketing or communications director's name; and his/her email address.
