Land registry online research

General information for the business: Property ownership research
Geographical areas: London
Data to include: I will supply you with a list of 50 properties with full postcodes

You will enter each one individually onto the land registry website. You will buy the title register for £3 ( we will pay for it )

You will then copy and paste the ownership information into a spreadsheet

You should allow 5 minutes per property so c4 hours total for this task

If you do it well there are a further 900 properties to research
Extra notes: You will need some knowledge of UK addresses, experience of land registry property research is a bonus
