Kindle / amazon Ads and keywords for childrens books

I have about 8 books currently. I am looking for someone who can work within my budget and start with matching quality categories, keywords and ad campaigns while also taking advantage of kindle free days. If you know facebook groups better or want me to create accounts on free ebooks website. Whatever strategy you are comfortable with and know that works is OK with me.

I am not asking you to handle all 8 books right away for $150 per month. I am looking for someone who can bring sales to my books within this budget and once I see things are working we can talk about a more complete strategy and add to the budget, but not until I see some proven success will I consider increasing the budget. I hope you can understand and I look forward to your communication.
