Japanese Property Research

I am looking for Japanese speaking professional to assist me with some research in Tokyo. I need some general research done. Unfortunately this will only be for the duration of a day or 2. I also have a time limit of less than 10 days to gather the information.

I am looking to obtain information about a property in the Komaba, Meguro, Tokyo area. The research would suit someone based close to the area or that has local knowledge.
