Identifying Baseline

Project is to support minority groups to access their rights, and exercise leadership in economic, social and political spaces and to carry out a number of pilot projects on community cohesion, mainly in the North of England. The brief is to help develop and design a consistent baseline, forming a range of indicators and monitoring tools for a project team to assess project impacts. We are looking for 6 dayss work to be carried out between September and October 2009.
