I need to scrape UK websites for contact information

I have a list of UK websites (around 18,000) at which I would like to direct some lead generation activity. I want to capture contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) through spidering the site's "home", "contact" or "about" pages. I need the results to be dropped in to a simple CSV file with each row containing individual contact information (either a phone number or an email address). I'm aware of the many scraping software and programming libraries out there, I can't see anything that makes this a simple process, hence this requirement.
