I need someone who can collect information about local lotteries in Germany

Data to include: I need to gather information about local lotteries and raffles in many countries.
We are not offering any kind of gambling through this post. This is just the collection of information we need for a further project.
So I'd like to hire people who who would be the responsible for gathering the information in
Germany
Russia
Netherlands
Switzerland
Sweden
Belgium
Poland
Norway
Denmark
Finland
It is not a difficult task but has some requirements:
1 - Each freelancer should/have be based on the country from where the info is going to be gathered.
2 - He/She needs to speak English beside the local/native language.
As I've done this task in 5 countries I know that it might take 3 days approx. to do it. For common languages among several countries the freelancer might be selected for doing more than one country.
Extra notes: I'm paying USD250 for eight lotteries or up to two countries with the same language, whatever happens first.
