I need help with submission in getyourguide.com

I need someone with previous experience to help me add my tours to getyourguide.com, how to write the appropriate descriptions of each product, what i need to watch out, contact the getyourguide.com and make the procedure faster etc.

Because i tried to add my tour but they rejected with a review...''After carefully reviewing your submission, we found that the activity does not meet our platform guidelines, specifically clause 3.1, and, unfortunately, cannot be approved.''
