I need a marketing plan written for a website

I am launching a website in the automotive trade sector and need a marketing plan written which will show how I can increase users by 50,000 users per month so that in month 12 we have 3,900,000 users.

The budget for year 1 is £400,000 and we are happy to use all avenues.

I had a plan written by someone on People per hour but the plan only gave 50,000 users per month and not cumulatively, so by the end of the year we have only had 600,000 users.

I can send across the plan we have been supplied which will be a big help. I will do this once responses have been recieved.

This plan is urgent and ideally I want the finished plan by the end of the week.
