I need a market survey for the launch of a website/App in Finance sector

I need to create a survey with a set of questions for a new product/idea development of a website/App in the financial sector. The survey should have the set of questions plus a choice of six product names they will be asked to rate. In this project I also need the freelancer to create the publication of the survey on LinkedIn and manage the results of at least 150 to 300 responses (ideally from people working in the given sector), plus create the final report for me. We will have to collaborate and define the set of questions together hence I require someone with some experience in product launching phase and initial surveys, someone who’s able to advise me on the setup.
