I need 3 searches to be performed on Preqin or Capital IQ (or similar)

Data to include: I need up to 3 searches to be performed. These should be done via Preqin, Capital IQ or a similarly well respected product only..

There will be subsequent searches to follow if the results for these first 3 go well.

Requirement:

I need a list of firms that are looking to invest in the following:

Search1:
- hotels & hospitality
- in Europe
- over Eur10 million
- in 2014/15

Search 2:
- Student accommodation
- in Europe
- Over Eur2.5m

Search 3:
- Food security
- Globally
- over Eur5m

They will fall into the following categories:

1. real estate investors
2. private equity investors (i.e. institutions that invest in the business rather than the asset)
3. Family offices

I need to see the following data returned:

a. name of company / investor
b. name of appropriate contact person
c. contact details of appropriate person (email & phone number)
d. size of assets under management (AUM) (where applicable)
e. amount of money available to invest (this is called "dry powder" in Preqin for e.g.)
f. particular focus - e.g. which countries, which sectors, are they interested in distressed assets/businesses etc (there is a single field for this in Preqin I believe).

The information should be exported to Excel.

There will be subsequent searches to follow for commercial property investors; investors in renewable energy; investors in Oil & Gas related land & infrastructure.
