I am looking for someone to complete some basic desk and primary research on the fresh apple market in China.

This research would cover three areas:
• Collecting price information
• Taking photographs
• Desk research - translating / summarising articles / reports

Collecting Price Information
Current apple prices/ kg for various apple varieties and source of origin. Prices should cover wholesale markets, supermarkets, street markets and other retail vendors. (say 5 outlets in total)
Current prices (RMB / kg) for other common fruit products in two major supermarkets (up to 6 other products)

Taking photographs - apple Images
Photos (jpeg etc) showing local and imported apples at point of sale and any promotion / marketing materials for various apple varieties / brands. (Images showing 3 - 4 different outlets or brands).

Desk Research - translating / summarising articles / reports
English translations/ summaries of recent local (Chinese) trade journals / press articles or reports covering the following topics:
General apple consumption trends in China – who eats fresh apples, when are they consumed, consumption trends, most popular varieties etc. (as a guide, 4 - 5 articles of 250 words each)
consumption / sales trends & information regarding imported fresh apples in China. (as a guide, 4 - 5 articles of 250 words each)
Chinese apple export trends – current situation, main markets, major exporters, future growth plans, issues facing sector etc. (as a guide, 4 - 5 articles of 250 words each)
