How to design and innovation in BT company in UK

Using your own organization, or one well known to you, critically review and evaluate the existing design, development and innovation process. This should include:

1. A description/diagram of their structured approach to design, development and innovation, together with the development of this approach.
2. A comparison and critique against the relevant ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
3. A critical evaluation of the pitfalls ( actual and potential ), obstacles and difficulties of the existing approach.
4. The current use of the process and its scope ( areas in which used).
5. The effectiveness and value to the organization and how these are measured.
6. Detailed examples of how this would be a brand new service and a brand new product for the organization.
