Help with setting up a children's Focus Group

I am looking for support to set up a focus group of young children no more than 10 aged between 3-10 to help with providing feedback on a new healthy eating educational initiative. It will involve listening to a song, reading the ebook, and listening to the audio book. The person will then collect the feedback. Anywhere in the world will do. English speaking or learning to speak English will be required.
