Help with a new Google shopping account

An optimisation assessment is sought for a Google Shopping campaign promoting used mobility scooters. The recent campaign launch has seen ads appearing and generating clicks according to allocated budgets. However, experience evaluating campaign setups and assessing optimization opportunities is now desired. Specifically, expertise is requested pertaining to both ads configuration and account management to examine the current promotion. Competitor stores selling similar products quite successfully exist, and analyzing these may yield insights on refining daily spend amounts or other strategic adjustments. Experience with Google Shopping ads optimization and familiarity with competitors' storefronts in this product category would serve this project well.
