Help with a national real estate market analysis

I’m trying to identify attractive/emerging markets across the country for low income housing properties. I’d love some guidance finding quality data, designing and structuring the project, and analyzing/interpreting the data. I’m looking to evaluate markets across the country based on the following criteria:

Trends
1) Demographics & emigration
2) Single family housing starts
3) Multifamily housing starts
4) Housing price trends
5) Monthly rent trends

Static
1) Median home price
2) Median income
3) Housing vacancy
4) Unemployment
5) Current population
6) Average 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom rent
Largest 5 industries and % of each

Please let me know if this is something you all can help with. I do not have the data and am looking for someone who can help gather it from reputable sources.
