Grant Application for Recycling

I am looking for someone to put together a grant funding application for a new start up using construction waste, recycling/environmental experience would be ideal for this project, its is based around CBEM3 and most of the the information on the material is on the net it just needs putting together. No financial business plan is required. All details are to be attached to a WRAP application form.
