Gather information by phone

Brief outline
An electrical engineering company is looking to expand its customer base by expanding into an already proven market. To this end some extra information is required for research purposes prior to the expansion being completed.

Task in hand:
To contact a number of state schools within the West Midlands area via telephone to gain contact information for marketing purposes. Please note that this is not sales but pure research.

There are approximately 200 schools which need to be contacted and all information is to be recorded on an excel spreadsheet which will be provided with the relevant base data.
