This work is related to modelling research problem. I'm using biogenic model called MEGAN to estimate biogenic emission. I have modified this model to suit the region of my interest. There are two major modifications involve a) meteorological data and b) vegetation/landcover data. I have all the input data but when I tried to run the model, there were some errors that I dont have any idea to solve (i'm not so good in fortran programming). For information, the existing (original) model for the global resolution (no modification) is running well but using different input files 9and format). The problems that I can see at this stage are a) whether MEGAN is able to read the input data correctly - are they in the right format b) whether, the modification of the source code is properly done. The model is properly installed and the mdoel is written in fortran language (g95).
The aim of this work is make the MEGAN model run properly and read the input files that have been provided. Anyone interested in this work can find the general feeling of MEGAN model by searching in the internet which is free to download. Detail of the input files can be provided if requested...which is in fact mandatory to understand to the whole work
