Find large product suppliers for UK's largest multi-channel retailer

My company is one of the largest multi-channel retailers in the world. We currently stock over 200,000 different products and are looking to increase our product catalogue to more than 1 million products over the next 12 months. Our products fall into a wide range of categories and providing a product can be sent in the post, we want to offer it to our customers.

It is essential that successful candidates have previous experience of sourcing and speaking to potential suppliers. For every supplier with a product range of over 3000 products that you successfully find that results in an order being placed, you will be paid £300. There is no limit to the number of suppliers you can find so there is a huge opportunity for candidates to earn a fantastic rate of pay for just a few hours work on each supplier.

To successfully open a trade account and place an initial order with a supplier there are requirements that we expect of all suppliers. For example:
- Suppliers products must contain a barcode (so products can be scanned into our fulfilment centres)
- Suppliers must be able to provide an Excel spread sheet of all their product inventory(so products can be imported into our system)

This position will be best suited to a UK person with previous experience in retail purchasing or retail sales. You will require a firm understanding of exactly what constitutes a 'suitable' supplier for our company. You will also be expected to telephone suppliers where necessary, hence the benefit of being UK based.
