Evening/Special Occasion Ladies Wear Manufacturer Research

Hello,
I am looking to start my own Mid Range Women's Exquisite Evening/ Special occasion clothing fashion line.
I need some research to be done to source for 10 manufacturers in Turkey that are able to meet the following criteria. The research required includes ensuring the 10 manufacturers you provide all meet the criteria I've defined below and evidence of this communication with the manufacturers will be required.

- Low minimum order quantities - MOQ of 50 and under
- Manufacturer with ability to be creative and produce high quantity samples from just a picture
- Provide high standard quality ( evidence of other similar brands worked with will be required)
- Provide fast and efficient service
- Significant experience producing exquisite women's special occasion wear (evidence required)
- Reasonable pricing - As a guide manufacturing cost per dress budget is £50 - £100 depending on detail.
- Information on meet ups and tradeshows that they attend
- Willing to provide product samples as requested
- Visits to factory allowed
- Shipping costs and timelines information required ( delivery to the UK)
- Provide information on all fees chargeable up front -
- Provide private labelling as well. ( They design and manufacture and I use my own brand )

I have attached some samples to show the level of workmanship I am looking for .
The aim by the end of this project is for me to have a list of manufacturers that meet my criteria that i can go visit and commence business relationships.

NOTE - I do not want manufacturers from china , but I may consider other manufacturers in other areas if they meet all the criteria.
