research around the major cities in Eastern Europe with a view to identifying the place to open up an offshore development centre.
the countries to look at are:
1.Estonia
2.Latvia
3.Lithuania
4.Hungary
5.Czech Republic
6.Poland
7.Ukraine
8.Romania

We need to do a complete market evaluation of those countries to
include:

1.Identify where the technical centre of excellence is in each one of these countries ie......where are the main technical university's how many computer science graduates are coming out of them each year.
2.Identify the population figures for each one of these cities.
3.research there current outsourced IT enviroment ie who are the vendors what size are they,what if any financials can you find on them for.The governments appetite for investment in new company's ie tax breaks eec investment etc.....
