E-commerce product fad trends - market research.

I would like 2019-2021 trended data on e-commerce product fads. For example - products on eBay, Amazon or other major channels or marketplaces suddenly selling in high quantity before reducing again.

Please provide data behind the analyses, with product category/type fields, values, quantities, geography and time. The more recent the data the better, and please ignore Covid directly-related products. Physical products only.
