Developping web software

I need to obtain the list of the persons inclosed into the Quebec's phone white pages annuary ?
It represents about 700000 entries.
each entry is (name, adress, Town, postcode,phone number, and email adress if it exists)
I'm french and i prefer to talk in french langage if you kow it)

It is possible to use mozenda and extract the phone (white pages) of 30 town in quebec. Then when it is extracted, it must be place into an excel file with :
name, adress, phone number, town, zip code, email adresse if it exists.
