Developmental Book Editing

I have written a book on Marketing with the target readership of it being Advertising Agencies. I am looking for someone to provide developmental editing of the book, i.e. content, structure, stylistic and informational strengths and weaknesses therefore someone with a background in Marketing or Advertising would be preferable for this project. The book is approximately 13k words.
