Databases of UK Mortgage Brokers and UK Financial Advisers.

I need a database of all UK based authorised firms and individuals (Mortgage Brokers / UK-based Financial Advisers)on the Financial Conduct Authority Register.
This needs to be in the form of an Excel spreadsheet and must contain email addresses. Ideally, it would also have a contact name, the business name and the business address and telephone number.
The Financial Conduct Authority website contains details of all the Financial Advisers and Mortgage Brokers in the UK.
It is possible to search by name or post code.
We can supply a list of postcodes to be searched and also a blank spreadsheet which shows the fields to be input.
I have had to put a nominal fee and for the job of £10 but I accept it's going to cost considerably more with that and invite proposals per 1,000 post code entries are.
This could be done by someone scraping the FCA register which will produce an accurate and up-to-date list but would be more expensive and more time-consuming or it may be that someone has an existing list.
We require to know how old the list is. We also need to know the source of it in case it has been "seeded" by a database supplier.
Whoever provides the list must confirm that they own all the intellectual property rights in the list.
