The project is to build an email database of all solicitors practicing law in England and Wales. The successful bidder will be given a list of law firms and will need to research the websites of the solicitors firms to identify solicitors by first name and surname and their email addresses. Initially we will be sourcing names in six categories and a file will need to be created for each category: residential property law, commercial property law, family law, criminal law, employment law and personal injury. Initially the bidder will be given a list of 100 law firms to source from. If the quality is acceptable the project will then broken down into blocks of 250 law firms. Generally solicitors firms post the names of their staff with email addresses on their website. I would suggest interested parties reseach a few solictors firms to understand the data acquisition process.
We are seeking for bids on a per record basis (a record being first name, last name, firm name, email address) with the data captured into an excel spreadsheet with each field in a different column.
In total we are looking to build a database in excess of 20,000 records.
