Database and Lead Generation

I am looking for someone who can build me a database of names/leads for my financial practice. However, the database I am looking to build is quite specific. I am looking to build a database of names and telephone numbers of Brits living in Spain! Therefore you need to have a good grasp of the English language - preferably your mother tongue and you are able to differentiate between a British surname and a Spanish one. Please note this job requires researching for names and telephone numbers.

Ideally the database will consist of name, address and telephone number and MUST be current! I don't wish to have a list of redundant telephone numbers.
