Oxford Innovation would like to appoint someone to carry out a customer satisfaction survey at our three Nottinghamshire centres (Newark Beacon, Mansfield i-Centre and Worksop Turbine) for the financial year 2012/13. The main aims of the survey are to enable quantitative analysis of customer satisfaction levels, maximise participation and collect useful qualitative feedback.
Requirements:
• Compile a 25 question survey.
• Target all centre customers. Over the three centres there are 175 customers, including; 95 office, 9 hot desk and 71 virtual tenants.
• Email the survey 3 times followed by 3 attempts at a telephone survey per contact.
• Carry out quantitative analysis and scoring of customer satisfaction at the question, section and general level.
Final deadline for completion: 17/04/13
