Credit Cards in the UK (research)

I am looking for someone to spend some time and do some research on the state of the UK Credit card market, a full brief can be shown once I have found someone who is competent to do the work the way I want.

Questions along the lines of:

Number of Cards In the UK
Avg # of cards held by each person
Avg outstanding debt per card

The above is just a sample of actual questions which will need researching, and all facts produced will need to show source of information.
