Creating a database

I am looking for an individual to compile a list of current spa businesses under the names of the relevant operators, directors and managers leading them.
The information must include up to date contact details including full name and position of lead contact / decision maker, full postal address, contact telephone numbers and direct emails.
The key day spas, health farms, health clubs and spa resorts i am looking for initially are those within the 3, 4 and 5 star sector across western europe with the opportunity to be involved in the second phase that will include asia pacific, middle east and USA.

The format would need to be compiled in an excel document.
