Consumer Survey London

I am a Doctoral researcher at Cass Business School, City University and I am interested into completing a consumer (quantitative) survey research project within November. The nature of the project is theoretical based on academic research.
Very briefly, it involves a drop and pick-up administration (ideally but not necessarily if there is a better/more efficient way) of a 5.5-page self-completion questionnaire - already developed - in some areas in London and the target is to get approx. 400-500 completed responses from a random sample.
The questions are closed-questions only, measured on 7-point Likert scales. Time to completion can be between 10-15 minutes.

I would like to know if you can administer this project (just the field work- not design, data entry, or analysis; probably data entry), your rates, etc.
