Compile a Database of Bloggers

I need to do an e-mail Survey of 500 Bloggers who have a small to medium sized number of Followers/Subscribers. It doesn't matter what industry the Bloggers are in or what their niche is but they must have written a Blog Post within the last month and they must be based in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or Australia.

Therefore I need a spreadsheet with the names and e-mail addresses of the Bloggers.

When replying can you please state how many hours it will take you to prepare a spreadsheet containing the 500 Bloggers.
