Company research

For a list of consumer companies, I need to track corporate news over the last 3 months. Events such as restructuring, business expansion, merger and acquisitions, legal developments, new marketing campaigns, new product launches.

It is essentially an internet search/company website search and news sources.

I don't need company profiles as I already am aware of what the companies do. It is SOLELY interesting developments in the last few months.

I have 20 companies to search if you could quote for this and give me a time frame for completion. I have not included a budget as i have not posted a similar project before. However, if PPh works well for this I will have more companies that I need research for.
