Data to include: Oxford Innovation would like to appoint a third party organisation to carry out a client audit at Barnsley Digital Media Centre for the financial year 2013/14. The main aims of the audit are to identify opportunities for the future development of the Centre services and facilities.

Oxford Innovation will require the chosen organisation to carry out the following essential activities:
• Update an existing 60 question audit.
• Target all centre customers. There are 45 customers, including; 34 office, 6 hot desk and 5 virtual tenants.
• Email the survey 3 times followed by 3 attempts at a telephone survey per contact.
• Carry out quantitative analysis.
