Chemical engineer-plastics, rubbers, foams, similar materials and their properties

I am an inventor/designer...have come up with an idea and need an expert who knows about thermoplastics, plastics, foams, rubbers, ? ....i am looking for specific properties for this material:
-malleable (on continual basis)
-can be moved and squished or bent into different shapes, and then somehow 'locked' into position so its sturdy and rigid and wont break or bend
-then again malleable to be moved into a different position again
-and locked into place etc etc

Please contact me if you have expertise and knowledge about different types of materials as stated above and their properties. If you are inventive and creative and can think outside of box even better. A mixing of several materials to make a super material is another possibility.....are you that type of person? if yes i want to hear from you!!
