Categorisation of open text survey data in Caplena

You will be going through open-text customer survey data, creating categories and topics from the customer's answers, and accurately assigning responses to the categories and topics.

You will then create charts and dashboards from the data.

You will be using Caplena, a very helpful open text data processing tool to do all of the above.
