B2B Data Entry and Internet Research

Hi All,

Freelancer required to work remotely (does not need to be during business hours) to internet research business contacts and compile a comprehensive listing of those business contact details into specified MS Access databases.

Candidate requirements:

Internet access essential.
Proficient in internet research.
Proficient data entry and MS Access skills essential.
Excellent communication, literacy and spelling skills.
Marketing skills would strongly be an asset.
Must provide previous experience and work history details so that we know you are competent in this field of work.

The bid will be based on 500 business contact details to be collected via UK search engine and entered into MS Access. (Keyword search terms, certain links and directories will be supplied, also the MS Access database files will be supplied by us). This is based on the UK market place listings.

Please Note: There will be more than 500 contact details required but at this stage we ONLY want bids based on collecting and inputting 500 contacts.

The search engine fields pertain to the Audio and Legal industries only.

Essential company details to be entered in MS Access:

Company Name.
Relevant Contact Name.
Business Address.
Business Telephone No:
Company Website.
Company Email.
Please Note: We require the contact details of Manager, Dept Head or Decision Maker including first name, last name, email address and direct phone line (If stated on the individual business website).

The more thorough the details entered the better, as this would lead to more consistent work for the successful bidder.

Please no over the top bids.
Sensible bids only will be accepted!

Further Note:
No upfront payment. Payment will be fixed so no upping of price or payment. Fixed price only NO hourly rates. Payment will ONLY be made once the work has been thoroughly and successfully completed by the freelancer and the database has been checked and reviewed to our full satisfaction. If the entries have errors or spelling mistakes or lack essential content that is required by us we will ask for the work to be corrected and amended by the freelancer at NO EXTRA charge to ourselves. Please consider this before making a bid.
