Affiliate marketing research, outreach and negotiation

I run a podcast hosting company in the UK, and am looking at ways we can extend our affiliate scheme. We have one or two successful affiliates, but this is a programme that needs some smart management, from someone who understands SaaS affiliate marketing.

I'm looking for someone I can give some initial guidance to, who can then research and contact reviewers, bloggers, influencers etc (obviously within the podcasting space, but also in marketing and PR spaces and other niches you think would be worthwhile), to ask them to feature us with a promo code/link.

We've historically rolled our own affiliate tracking and payout system -- which allows our customers to easily generate a promo code and track how many people sign up -- but a wider scheme with percentage reward (as opposed to a one-time commission) might be the way to go.

We have a reputation as a premium product, so it's important that the affiliate relationships we build are with relevant, reputable companies whose recommendations carry weight.

This is a good example of a successful affiliate link for us (Podiant is the company name).

The way I'd envisage it working is I'd task you to do the research, collating a list of sites/contacts, working with me on outreach and potentially making contact with those sites to setup the deal.
