WSelling websites for pubs

I'm looking for a top notch sales person who can sell a brilliant website system to pubs and bars.

I have a list of 1800 warm leads plus potentially another 800 hot leads due to relationships with pub companies.
The successful person will be IT literate and understand and love the pub industry, especially pubs that do entertainment and live sport.

You must be polite and able to handle the atypical pub landlord (who are all nice when you get past the blunt front they often have)

Additionally I have a wallchart that has advertising space that requires selling in order to fund it's production and distribution. This wallchart is aimed at publicans also.

This is a unique opportunity that could lead to many further opportuntities in selling websites to other niche sectors in time. We need a decent salesperson to kick start this great business.

Experience in selling websites and an understanding of the pub trade would be perfect and you must be proficient in using the internet - big pluses to anyone that uses any type of content management system.

Pay will be the first 2 payments from any sales plus the 13th month one. standard clawback terms. Also 20% from any bespoke design fees.

It's perfect for those wanting to work odd hours as the licenced trade is not very 9 to 5.
