The Role
As a Will & Estate Planning Consultant, you will:
Engage with Clients: Conduct appointments at clients’ homes, hotels, or via phone and video.
Educate and Advise: Explain wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and related services in plain English.
Convert Warm Leads: Meet prospective clients who have already attended one of our two-hour seminars and received full brochures and price lists.
Collaborate: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Maintain Standards: Use standardised instruction forms and record all meetings for compliance and quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in consumer sales within a similar field.
Ethical, Consultative Approach: No pressure selling — our services sell themselves through trust and education.
Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex topics simply and with empathy.
Professional Drive: Confidence, integrity, and a natural flair for engaging clients.
Desirable: Previous experience in wills and estate planning (training provided for the right candidates).
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a modern, reliable vehicle.
