We need a marketing strategy

We are searching for a partner who will devise and implement a marketing strategy (on and offline) with concrete steps for the bigger exposure of the webpage. The website is a start-up travel club which has high ambitions of becoming a library of travel-related websites as well as a meeting place for travellers from all over. Currently having almost 1000 members, we hope to become a company within the next few months and then expand to many more markets.
