We have specialist staff with Extensive experience or interest of living, working and implementing solutions in developing countries. This on the ground knowledge is underpinned by a broad range of global PR and communications, Marketing skills and media contacts worldwide.
We are always looking to add like minded individuals to our team. I am (Founding director) looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant to help me with day to day admin business support 2 - 4 hours a day maximum but available on-call as the business needs. VPA with a great background in PR and Communications, avid digital platform user on websites and social media is highly sort. JD is open but mostly role is for Hot lead generations (supporting Business Development team) to schedule appointments; post updates on all social media accounts, basic ability to reconcile and post expenses to virtual accounting systems.
Preferably:
Must be creative and able to work without supervision. Understand the business and able to hit the ground running with an inuitive mindset to proactively anticipate the needs of the business. Experience in Employee Engagement to post blogs (Essential) Community Engagement (Preferred) ; Retail and Property (advantageous but not essential). I need an all rounder thinking off their feet PA with ability to travel into Buckinghamshire or London meeting rooms for team meetings once a week at first - then twice a month. Position could lead to full time employement 40 hours + benefits for successful candidate. Travel to Africa maybe required once or twice yearly. Must have current passport and be flexible to be a travel companion PA at short notice (3 to 6 weeks) before travel.
Essential:
1. Ability to use Capsule CRM
2. Experience in WordPress .
3. Knowledge of HootSuite ideal but not essential
4. Social Media savvy (all of them!)
The above are essential platforms I need for you to succeed.
5. This role is Open to non UK residents provided they are happy to work on GMT business hours.
6. Clear spoken and written English language a MUST!
