Vaping/e-cigarette advertising post TPD regulations

I'm enquiring to see if anyone has any knowledge around the new tobacco products directive coming into effect as of May 20th 2016. My main enquiry is to see firstly, will I be allowed/able to advertise my brand by any means via google ads/pay per click (if i'm not mistaken, this is linked or related to google sniper 3.0?). Secondly, if there is a method of google promotion post TPD enforcement, is there anyone who would be able to create this advertising method for myself and my company and potentially give me some more knowledge on the field?
for work type, I can only click one option but am I more than happy to consider different avenues if better suited.
