Role Summary:
We’re looking for a cheerful, proactive User Experience Survey Specialist to call our users, gather feedback on their experience, and check if our partners' services would be relevant to them. There’s no selling—just securing consent for an introduction. You’ll log interactions in HubSpot, refine scripts based on feedback, and suggest process improvements.
Responsibilities:
-Make ~60 calls/day to collect user feedback and assess service relevance.
-Secure user consent for introductions to mortgage brokers/estate agents.
-Record call details in HubSpot and refine scripts based on insights.
-Suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and efficiency.
Requirements:
-UK-based candidates only
-Native English speaker with excellent phone etiquette
-Cheerful, engaging personality with strong communication skills
-Analytical mindset to refine scripts and optimise processes
-Experience in customer service, surveys, or outbound calling is a plus
-Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
