Upwork Profile & Project Acquisition Manager

I’m looking for an experienced freelancer who can manage my Upwork profiles and consistently bring projects into the pipeline. If you have a proven track record of securing projects for clients, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize my Upwork profile to attract high-quality clients.
- Write and submit tailored, compelling proposals for each job.
- Communicate with potential clients and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and new opportunities.

- Website Design & Development (Joomla / WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, etc.)
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- Google Ads & Social Media Ads

Requirements:
- Share at least 2 Upwork profiles you currently manage (or have managed).
- Provide a sample proposal you typically use to win projects.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Good understanding of digital services such as web development, SEO, and paid ads.
