UK-Native Cold Caller — Performence Only

Pay: 20£ / Booked Call + 30£ Bonus if the prospect shows up to the appointment.

You will be cold calling beauty clinic owners and managers from a researched lead list, following our proven word-for-word script.
What You'll Do

- Cold call UK beauty clinic owners and managers from a provided lead list
- Follow our word-for-word appointment booking script (training provided)
- Log all call outcomes and conversations daily
- Upload recordings of booked meetings and key objections for team review

Time commitment: Exactly 2 hours of calling per day, minimum. Opportunity to expand as results are proven.

Requirements
Non-negotiable:

UK-native speaker — born and raised in the UK. Non-UK-native applicants will not be considered.
Minimum 3 months of cold calling experience (B2B preferred — any industry considered)
Must have a UK phone number with WhatsApp and the ability to record calls
Must commit to a consistent daily schedule (minimum 2 hours of active calling)
Comfortable handling rejection without losing composure

Strong fit if you are:

Naturally confident, warm, and professional on the phone
Able to follow a script precisely while still sounding human
Self-disciplined and consistent — this role requires showing up every day

Realistic daily target: Other callers are able to book at about 1 meeting / hour of calling.
